Rutherford College Summer Festival
This event is held every year on the first Saturday of August. There is entertainment, food, drinks, and plenty of door prizes at this event. We also have vendors who come and set up tables selling an assortment of crafts and food. Please come and celebrate with our small community during this annual occasion.

Rutherford College Christmas Parade/Christmas in the Park
Every year on the second Saturday of December we celebrate the Holidays by having the local businesses and community participate in a wonderful Parade. After this Parade we have a celebration in the Rutherford College Park where there is Santa, food, entertainment, and bon-fires.

Rutherford College Park
The Rutherford College Park is located at 950 Malcolm Blvd, behind the Old Town Hall Building. There is a nice covered picnic area that houses around 10 picnic tables, and restrooms are available under this shelter as well. There are also two large stages for entertainment purposes and a playground for the children to enjoy.
This Park is available to rent April through November for scheduling a party or event.
Fees:
- Birthday Party: $25.00
- Church or Family Gatherings: $35.00 ($10.00 will be returned if the park is found in the same condition or better than prior to use)
- Weddings: $75.00 ($25.00 will be returned if the park is found in the same condition or better than prior to use)
Fees must be paid at the time of reserving and reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
